Welcome to Arkaya Mukteshwar. Our aim is to offer guests a tranquil and memorable mountain retreat surrounded by nature. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we request guests to kindly review and follow the policies below.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-out	By 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

Reservations & Payments

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required advance payment.
• The balance amount, if applicable, must be settled prior to or at the time of check-in.
• All rates are subject to applicable government taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival.
• Within 7 days of arrival: Cancellation charges may apply as per booking terms.
• No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

Guest Experience & Quiet Hours

Arkaya Mukteshwar is designed as a peaceful mountain retreat. Guests are requested to maintain a quiet and respectful environment. Loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour that disturbs other guests are not permitted.

Children

Children are welcome at the resort. Additional bedding may be provided subject to availability and applicable charges.

Pets

Arkaya Mukteshwar is a pet-welcoming retreat and we are happy to host well-behaved pets with prior notice.

• Ensure pets remain supervised at all times.

Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay. Charges for repair or replacement will be billed accordingly.
