How many pet friendly rooms are available?

Pet stays are available in three select premium rooms only and must be confirmed in advance with reservations.

Is there an additional fee for pets?

Yes, a nightly pet hospitality fee applies to cover room preparation, sanitation, and housekeeping protocols.

Are pets allowed throughout the resort?

Pets are allowed in guest rooms and outdoor walking areas on leash. They are not permitted in restaurants, spa areas, kitchens, or service zones.

Can pets be left alone in the room?

Pets should not be left unattended in guest rooms. Housekeeping is arranged when the pet is secured or the guest is present.

What hygiene measures are followed?

After each pet stay, rooms undergo deep cleaning, separate linen processing, mattress protection replacement, ventilation, and supervisor inspection.

Are there restrictions on pet size or behaviour?

Pets must be house trained and well behaved. Aggressive or disruptive pets may not be accommodated.
